2012 Notice of Annual General Meeting
SMH-CRC, a not-for-profit corporation, will hold its annual general meeting (AGM) for its members on June 21, 2021 at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the Mlacak Centre, Hall A, Mlacak Seniors Centre, 2500 Campeau Drive, Kanata.
New members are welcome to join that evening, and existing members are welcome to renew their membership, immediately prior to the beginning of the AGM.
Currently, the AGM agenda will include:
- Election of new Directors
- Nomination of Officers
- Financial Statement
- 2012: Year in review
- 2013: Initiatives Planned
We request that, should you intend to stand for election as director, you advise us (via e-mail:savethesmh@gmail.com) no later than June 14, 2021 in order to add your name to the ballot list.
Refreshments will be served.
